Why Shipping Costs More
We know shipping can feel expensive—and we totally get it! We wish it were cheaper too. Because our cookie dough is frozen and perishable, we use insulated packaging and dry ice to keep it fresh and ready to bake. We also rely on faster shipping methods to minimize time in transit, which costs a bit more. But here’s the deal: we don’t profit from shipping—in fact, we cover part of the cost ourselves because we want you to have the best possible experience.
How We Ship:

- We ship your Frozen Cookie Dough via Next Day or 2nd Day shipping, based on your preference at checkout. Orders placed Friday through Sunday will ship the following week.
- Every order is packed with dry ice and ice packs to keep your dough frozen in transit.
- Important: Please make sure someone is available to place the dough in the freezer when it arrives. If your dough is thawed or no longer cold upon delivery, do not consume it.
- We ship your Frozen Cookie Dough via Next Day or 2nd Day shipping, based on your preference at checkout. Orders placed Friday through Sunday will ship the following week.

Order Changes or Cancellations
Because our cookie dough is frozen and time-sensitive, we begin preparing orders quickly. If you need to make a change or cancel an order, contact us at hello@cookiesilove.com as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help. Once your order has shipped, we’re unable to make changes or cancellations.

All sales are final. If your dough arrives in less-than-perfect condition or you have any questions, please reach out to us at hello@cookiesilove.com.
Baking Instructions
No need to thaw—our dough bakes best straight from frozen.
Oven Instructions (2oz Cookie):

- Preheat to 350°F
- Place dough 3” apart on a parchment-lined baking sheet
- Sprinkle with sea salt
- Bake for 16–18 minutes until golden
- Cool for 5 minutes
Air Fryer Instructions (2oz Cookie):

- Preheat to 325–330°F
- Place dough 2” apart on a parchment-lined basket
- Sprinkle with sea salt
- Bake for 13–15 minutes until golden
- Cool for 5 minutes
