Hi, I’m Ashley Cameron, founder of Love&Cookies.
My kitchen has always been my happy place. But before starting Love&Cookies, I worked as a labor and delivery nurse, helping families welcome new life into the world. I loved that work, and as a mom of three, family has always been at the center of everything I do. The inspiration for this business came from a deeply personal chapter in our family’s story.
When my oldest son, Charlie, was diagnosed with Kawasaki Disease, our world changed overnight. It was a frightening and uncertain time, and the support we received from the Kawasaki Kids Foundation helped our family through one of the hardest moments we’ve ever faced.
After Charlie completed treatment, I asked him what he wanted to do to celebrate. I was ready to take him anywhere or do anything.
His answer was simple:
“I just want to bake cookies with Mommy.”
So we did.
Using recipes passed down from my mother and grandmother, we baked together in the kitchen and found something we really needed: joy, comfort, and sweet new memories.
What started as a healing moment between mother and son quickly grew into something bigger. We baked for friends, then family, and before long, Love&Cookies was born.
Today, we create frozen gourmet cookie dough designed to bring that same joy into homes everywhere, because we believe warm cookies have a way of bringing people together.
Supporting Kawasaki disease awareness remains deeply personal to us. A portion of every bag sold is donated to the Kawasaki Kids Foundation, helping us give back to the community that supported our family when we needed it most.
Today, Charlie is thriving, and our entire family continues to be at the heart of this business.
From our family to yours, thank you for being part of our story.
Made with 100% Love. Life is What You Bake It.
