At Love&Cookies, we're committed to delivering your frozen cookie dough safely and ready to bake. Because our products are perishable, every order is shipped in insulated packaging with ice packs to help maintain its quality during transit.

How We Ship

We ship Frozen Cookie Dough via Next Day or 2nd Day shipping, based on the shipping method you select at checkout.

To avoid weekend transit delays, orders placed Wednesday at noon through Sunday will ship the following week.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical shipping address at checkout.

When Will My Order Arrive?

Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout.

When your order arrives, please place your cookie dough in the freezer as soon as possible. If your order arrives thawed or no longer cold, please do not consume it and contact us right away.

Why Does Shipping Cost More?

We know shipping can feel expensive—and we totally get it! Because our cookie dough is frozen and perishable, it requires insulated packaging, ice packs, and expedited shipping to help ensure it arrives in great condition.

We don't profit from shipping—in fact, we cover part of the cost ourselves because we want you to have the best possible experience.

Where We Ship

We currently ship within the continental United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Shipping to Multiple Addresses

Please place a separate order for each shipping address.

Disposing of Shipping Materials

Box & insulated liner: Recycle where accepted or dispose of in the trash.

Gel ice packs: Reuse them or store them in your freezer for future use.
