We’re growing fast and looking for a creative, hands-on Social Media Coordinator to help us share our story, celebrate our community, and spread cookie love across every channel.
This role blends content creation, social media management, and brand storytelling. You’ll be capturing crave-worthy cookie moments, crafting engaging posts, and helping build our brand presence both online and locally. It’s the perfect opportunity for someone who’s part creator, part storyteller, and all heart.
Content Creation & Storytelling
- Capture mouthwatering photography and short-form video content for social media, Capture mouthwatering images and short-form video content for social media.
- Assist with creative concepting and production for seasonal campaigns and new product launches.
- Maintain our content library and ensure brand visuals stay consistent and delicious looking.
Social Media & Community
- Help manage day-to-day posting, scheduling, and engagement across Instagram and TikTok.
- Monitor social trends and brainstorm fun, authentic ways for us to join the conversation.
- Engage with our community — replying to comments, messages, and sharing user-generated content.
Marketing Support
- Assist with influencer collaborations and brand partnerships.
- You’re a visual storyteller with a knack for making food look irresistible.
- You love social media — you get trends, you’re creative, and you know what makes people stop scrolling.
- You’re organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple creative projects.
- You’re a self-starter who’s eager to learn, experiment, and grow with a fun, passionate brand.
- Scrappy, entrepreneurial spirit, and idea generation are baked into your DNA. You are also proactive to get things done.
- You love collaborating closely with a small team and juggling multiple ideas and projects at one time. Action excites you.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Photography, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 0–2 years of professional experience in marketing, content, or creative production (internships count!).
- Strong photography and photo-editing skills (Lightroom, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar).
- Familiarity with video editing for social (CapCut, Premiere, or similar).
