At Love&Cookies, each cookie is a labor of love, baked to order with only premium ingredients—never preservatives or pre-mixed ingredients. We’re dedicated to crafting the best gourmet cookies, just like momma used to make (but this momma is making the best cookies ever!).

To ensure freshness, each cookie is individually wrapped and sealed. They’re best enjoyed within 10 days of baking, so you can savor every crumb!

Shipping Info:

• Where do we ship? We ship nationwide!
• How do you ship? We use UPS Ground with flat-rate shipping, available Monday through Wednesday, to prevent weekend delays. Orders placed after Tuesday at midnight ship the following Monday. Frozen products are shipped every Monday.
• When will my order arrive? Most orders arrive within 1-3 business days. For those more than 1,000 miles from Austin, TX, we recommend shipping on a Monday or Tuesday for optimal freshness.

Need it sooner? Contact us right after placing your order for upgraded shipping options. Please note that additional fees may apply.

Sending cookies to multiple recipients? You’ll need to place a separate order for each person. If you need assistance, just reach out!

Do you accept returns? All sales are final. If your cookies arrive in anything less than perfect condition or if you have any questions, please contact us at hello@cookiesilove.com.
